Description: The Northwesterly Assisted Living Community is a 91-unit assisted living community looking for a full-time Marketing Director. The Community is under new ownership (now family owned and operated) and undergoing a significant nearly $1 million remodel. This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established and growing organization.
Qualified applicants should have at least 5 years of marketing and sales experience in senior living. The applicant must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, personable and have good writing and communication skills.

Position: Director of Health Services
Community: Woodside Village (Bedford, OH)

Horizon Bay manages a portfolio of 91 properties in 18 states with a team of over
6,500 employees.
We are seeking a Director of Health Services for our community in
Bedford, OH, Woodside Village. This fantastic community features 81 Independent Living,
128 Assisted Living and 22 Memory Care units.
What you would be doing;
· Development & maintenance of wellness objectives, standards of wellness practice, wellness policies and procedure manuals
· Infection control policies & procedures
· Planning, decision making and budgeting for wellness care services
· Authority and responsibility of all wellness personnel
· Coordinate with the Director of Dining Services to ensure residents proper diets
· Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate and terminate wellness personnel
· Documentation, written policies and procedures
· Interviewing and selection of residents for admission
· Keep Executive Director informed and be able to take on the Executive Director responsibility when needed
What are we looking for?
· Graduate from an accredited program for RN's or LPN's and possess a current license in the state of Ohio.
· Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a health care community
· Minimum of 2 years of administrative or supervisory experience
· Experience with geriatric nursing, emergency care and first aid
· Must obtain valid Continuing Education credits as required by the state
· Knowledge of state, federal and local rules that govern home health agencies and assisted living facilities
