All exhibitors are welcome to attend our opening sessions.

Exhibit Space Information:

The Trade Show is ongoing during our event, and you are welcome to exhibit both days.

All exhibit spaces include a 6' table and two chairs.

Floor displays must be discussed prior to the event to determine if single booth space can accommodate, or a double booth space is needed.

Conference venue will ensure access to outlets - any special request please submit along with registration.

Exhibitors are permitted to provide door prizes, promotional items and creative ideas to attract attendees to your booth.

Early exhibitor move-in: Monday, May 20, 7:00PM - 9:00PM

Exhibitor move-in: Tuesday, May 21, 6:45AM - 7:45AM

Trade Show Open (with lunch & snacks): Tuesday, May 21 from 8AM-5PM and May 22 from 8AM-2PM

Exhibitor Agreement
Booth registrations must be paid in full by May 6, 2024. Booth registrations not paid in full at that time will be cancelled and open to selection by other exhibitors. Booth registrations received on May 6 or after must be paid in full at time of registration.
Booth registrations cancelled after May 13, 2024 will be subjected to a $500 cancellation fee.
