Corporate Director of Care and Wellness: We have been retained by Continental Senior Communities to find their next Corporate Director of Care and Wellness. Continental is committed to delivering exceptional care and creating memorable experiences for residents across all of their facilities. They are on a transformative journey to elevate the standards of healthcare and wellness in our communities and are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to spearhead this mission.
Position Overview: As the Corporate Director of Care and Wellness, you will be entrusted with the vital task of standardizing processes and procedures across their network of dedicated memory care facilities and IL/AL/MC buildings. They are seeking an individual with a strategic mindset who can conceptualize and implement robust frameworks that ensures the highest level of care and efficiency across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and standardize operational procedures and processes for three dedicated memory care facilities and nine IL/AL/MC buildings.
Lead, mentor, and develop both leadership teams and floor staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Actively participate in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.
Develop and implement EMR audit procedures for both ALIS and PCC.
Regularly collaborate with and report directly to the CEO, providing valuable insights, updates, and strategic recommendations.
Travel as required to various sites to oversee implementation, train teams, and ensure consistent quality of care.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
Demonstrated strong clinical and leadership capabilities.
Proven experience in multi-site management.
Outstanding ability and desire to nurture and develop both leadership teams and floor staff.
Change management experience is essential.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in creating, implementing, and overseeing standard operating procedures.
