OALA's RCF Rules Training

OALA's RCF Rules Training is designed for anyone new to a leadership role in Assisted Living, or as a helpful review for seasoned directors. 

Attendees will receive in-depth information about the RCF rules and regulations to achieve compliant, deficiency-free surveys in their communities. The RCF rules are discussed in terms of specific survey citations and interpretations by the Ohio Department of Health. Additionally, forms and resources available exclusively on the OALA Members Only website will be reviewed. 

OALA's RCF Rules Training Manual will be provided to you on the morning of the training.  This manual will walk you step by step through the ODH survey process and segment each applicable rule governing Ohio's RCF industry. It is an in-depth resource to which you will often turn.
