The Certification in Assisted Living Leadership promotes operational excellence for Assisted Living leaders. After the Program, attendees leverage their in-depth training by implementing practical strategies, practices, and tools to improve their leadership impact in Assisted Living operations. After passing the required testing, they are granted the CALL Credential—Certified Assisted Living Leader.

November 20, 21 & December 4, 5)
Our program follows the National Board of Long-Term Care Administrators' (NAB) Domains of Practice. NAB exams are required for Certification
- 30-Day Program
- Four in-person classroom days
- Classes are located in Columbus, Ohio
- On-demand webinars and reading assignments presented by OALA.
Program Qualifications (One of the following):
- Ohio Nursing Home Administrator
- 3000 Hours of direct operational responsibility of a licensed senior facility
- 100 credit hours post-high school education in gerontology or healthcare
- Holds a Baccalaureate Degree
- Licensed health professional defined under rule 3701-17--07.1 of the OAC
