The Assisted Living Leadership Training Series is an organization-wide development program for Executive Directors and department leaders across Activities, Maintenance, and Nursing. It builds leadership skills at every level, strengthens collaboration, and aligns teams around consistent, high-quality resident care.
Each module blends practical, role-specific training with day‑to‑day tools, including checklists, workflow guides, and communication supports - to help leaders apply what they learn immediately. The series equips staff of all backgrounds and experience levels to lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion, creating stronger teams and more cohesive, resident-centered communities.
Assisted Living Leader in Activities
This training goes beyond calendars and entertainment to strengthen skills in leading meaningful, inclusive, and purposeful engagement that enhances resident quality of life.
Participants gain practical strategies to engage both men and women, residents in Assisted Living and memory care, and individuals of varying abilities, interests, and cognitive levels.
